Return & Exchange Policy

Accepting Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Engraving and shipping Charges are nonrefundable. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Custom made orders are not eligible for return 

Any improperly packaged, or broken piece will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized ( by a jeweler other than GemsRush ), altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

 

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

To return a product to GemsRush , follow our steps below:

 

RETURN OR EXCHANGING OF AN ITEM WHICH IS WITHIN THE 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT

RETURN OR REFUND 

  1. Returning or Exchanging an item still in the same condition as shipped to you
  2. Make a copy of the original Invoice or Email order confirmation. Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and packing boxes and material. Furthermore, include If your item was delivered with an appraisal certificate Place all the original packaging in the box.
  3. You can ship your item via UPS, FedEx & Post Office.
  4. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles .
  1. For security reasons, do not write Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box and send your return to your nearby GemsRush Store. For this please contact us before returning to know the address of your nearest GemsRush store
  2. Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card or in bank which was charged to or exchange within 1 Day.
 

EXCHANGING

  1. Make a copy of the original Invoice or Email order confirmation. Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and packing boxes and material. Furthermore, include If your item was delivered with an appraisal certificate Place all the original packaging in the box.
  2. Include a note with your instructions for the exchange. If you are changing to a new item, please include the stock number of the new item.
  3. You can ship your item via UPS, FedEx & Post Office.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card or in bank which was charged to or exchange within 24 Hours.
